How is the four-piece suitcase packaged and how many packages will I receive?
16-inch, 20-inch, 24-inch, and 28-inch suitcases can be nested within each other. One set will be packed in one box, please open the 28in luggage to check when receiving the package.
How to reset the TSA lock?
1. The lock on the original position is 0-0-0.
2. Press the small round reset button using a pen or pencil.
3. Set the desired combination using the dials.
4. Press the side tab - you will hear a click, then the new lock set.
Does each size have an expansion zipper?
Only 24-inch and 28-inch have expansion zippers, which adds additional hardside luggage space capacity by 20%.
